Wishu Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster based in North York, Ontario. We source premium grade green coffee beans exclusively from Ethiopia and roast them fresh in small batches at our facility in North York. Every bag ships directly to your door across Canada.

We started Wishu Coffee because we believed that specialty coffee should not come with a premium price tag or require a visit to a specialty cafe to enjoy. By managing sourcing, roasting, and fulfillment ourselves, we keep quality high and prices reasonable for home brewers, cafes, restaurants, offices, and roasteries across the country.
